I have that same jersey

Thanks to the generosity of J&M, I've recently become the proud owner of a 'Black Dog Tavern' bike jersey from Martha's Vineyard. I in fact wore it as the trip started in Vancouver (although it has since been sent back home early since it didn't look like it would float). I was quite surprised yesterday when cresting a hill along the coast to see a cyclist headed the other direction wearing the exact same jersey. I yelled the only thing I could think of at the time 'I have that exact same jersey'. I'd like to know whether he didn't care, didn't hear me, or just thought I was a wacko. I got no response from him at all. But I thought it was quite a coincidence since I'd never seen a jersey like that before a month ago, and I've looked at a lot of bike jerseys in my day.

On a related note, the day and a half that we could ride with just shorts and a jersey was nice while it lasted. But it was less than 60 when we started this morning, which means arm warmers, leg warmers, and a wind breaker for my nowadays.
